We walk the property, discuss how you use the space, and mark out the driveway, patio, or walkway with you before anything is dug.

Removal & excavation
Where needed, old concrete and unsuitable soil are broken out and hauled away to make room for a properly prepared base.

Base & forming
A gravel base is spread and compacted, then forms are set to the right lines, slope, and thickness so water drains away from your home.

Reinforcement & scheduling
Rebar or wire mesh is placed, the forms are checked, and the pour is scheduled around suitable weather and the concrete delivery.

Pour & finish
Concrete is placed, screeded, and finished by hand, with control joints cut in the right places and the edges detailed cleanly.

Curing & walkthrough
We review the finished work together and explain when you can walk and drive on it, and how to care for it while it cures.
